Brokers are a key member of the Commercial Mortgage Fund team. As such, we work extremely hard to service our brokers rapidly, to provide them with feedback, and to make them a significant part of the mortgage process. Brokers who register with Commercial Mortgage fund are protected, and receive the following from our company:

  1. Each transaction is registered in the Broker’s name upon receipt of the initial package and origination agreement.
  2. The broker’s relationship with the client is maintained during and after the loan process.
  3. The broker is paid at closing from loan proceeds, with fees being wired or overnighted to the broker by Commercial Mortgage Fund, LLC.
  4. The broker is acknowledged with originating the transaction in subsequent articles and press releases.
  5. Commercial Mortgage Fund can provide you with suggested origination agreement formats to help protect you while representing your customer.
  6. You will be updated at least weekly during the loan process, and immediately informed of problems or issues that may require your help or expertise.

Benefits of Working with Commercial Mortgage Fund, LLC:

  1. Flexibility in Structuring. We are a direct lender who does not sell or securitize our loans. Because of this we have the flexibility to structure loans, set loan criteria, and make final decisions without third party approval.
